QuestionableContent rocket

The webcomic for the last week (starting @ comic#2981) has a rocket in it, I would love that in KSP.

As the name implies, it's "Questionable Content." I don't know all of the forum rules, so I will not link to it, but it's not that hard to find.

Not likely to be made stock, though you could see what you can do with fairings and Kerbpaint

Two Roundified Monopropellant Tanks and a short solid fuel booster and you're good to go

Somebody has to try this and cap it.
