Candre
Look for the KSP directory and then open it up. You\'ll see several folders; drop the downloaded files from the \'Plugins\' folder into the \'Plugins\' folder in the KSP directory. Repeat for the parts and you should be set.Hope I helped, Candre
meeware
Are these still correct instructions?
regex
Nope. Unzip the MechJeb package and copy the MechJeb folder (IIRC) to the GameData folder in the root of "Kerbal Space Program".http://wiki.kerbalspaceprogram.com/wiki/Addon
meeware
Hi, thanks- for a brilliant plugin the installation process and information is bamboozling!I'm pulling the file from here http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/12384-PART-0-21-Anatid-Robotics-MuMech-MechJeb-Autopilot-v2-0-9as the space port one is NOT the same, and has the wrong instructions.I'm also downloading a 'corrected' dll as advised here:http://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/864976115429817369/Running a clean install now, and will test in VAB and at Launch. meeware
OK mech jeb is in, and configured EXACTLY as I want (the spaceport version should really be depracated)Next up, Kethane (usually behaves well)
meeware
Kethan going in well. Long night ahead, but I'm optimistic I'll have working mods by dawn!
Elfmaze
OK how about if I copied the Mecjeb2 folder over into "Game Date" folder, It is sitting next to Squad and NASA mission. I open KSP and no sign of MechJeb. I tried moving the MecJeb folder to Squad, and breaking it into the parts and plugins folders and i get the message "Incorrect MechJeb install" leave it in the "game data" folder. Do I need to activate it somehow? i don't see any pull down menus or icons to click while sitting on the launch pad.KSP .90 beta version
DanJourney
Did you attach one of the MJ parts to your craft? It won't work unless either the AR202 case or the other part (forget what it's called) is on your craft.
