Wallpapers available for bootup splashscreens?

Hey guys - New to KSP but totally geeking out with it and loving it. Question: There are a couple really awesome splash screens that show during program launch. Any idea where I can download those in high res for wallpapers? If not available, I'd really like to see the published make those available.

In particular, the ones that I just love is the 3 kerbals in a capsule with semi-transparent reflections of different color light. I really would like that for my wallpaper.

To my knowledge, no. Modders! Make this a thing, with your mighty .dll files of mightyness!

To answer OP's question, I don't believe that you can download the splash screens. However, there are several amazing threads on the forum with really cool wallpapers.

That's the one I was referring to (but there is at least one more). Also, it would be nice if there was higher resolution available as that is blurry when filling my background. So, did you extract that from the game files or is there a link here somewhere? Great start though!!!!

That picture was actually fan made.. It was just loved enough that it was put as a startup splash screen.. (<---- memory, not necessarily fact)

So on the assumption that it was fan made, its a matter of digging around for it in the fanart section wayyyyy back.. (or for developer notice of its inclusion)
