It's a terrible pun (if you could even call it a pun), but at the very least, it's vaguely clever. I'm generally am not too good with coming up with clever things, so this represents a big step forward for me On the topic of what I call Laythe, I generally pronounce it like the word "lathe." In my young and inexperienced days, I thought that "lathe" was pronounced like the word "lather" except without the 'r,' so there was a time when I used that pronunciation for Laythe as well.
