Can I disable time warps through AlarmClock?

Can I make AlarmClock to be only its namesake and not litter the universe with markers that activate timewarp? Clicking one by chance is far too easy and then I have to scramble to cancel it (and no, old "Esc" of standard timewarps would be too easy...) - they are far more trouble than help. Can I disable them somehow?
