Potential Doctor Who episode?

This has so much potential for a Doctor Who episode, don't you think?

I'll just say that the show has some absolutely wacky aliens in it, including:

Weeping Angels - Angel statues that only attack when you look away from them.

Daleks - Aliens wearing saltshaker-like battle suits who kill whatever isn't a Dalek.

Cybermen - Cyborgs who turn beings into more Cybermen.

Those are the three most recurring aliens in the series. There are far more bizarre creatures as well. I'm sure evil ducks would fit in somewhere.

Lately, they've become almost exactly like the Borg. They recently have been able to "adjust" somehow to weapons after a few of them take hits, rendering them useless.

(At one point, anyways, maybe that was episode-specific)
