What is that thing under the mountain?

Make your conclusions, I was just coming back from another mission and I landed on a mountain... Suddenly I kinda look under it and see something like a ball or maybe a stone. Can it be an easter egg? Idk, it looks weird but it might be just a random rock.

Nope, not a single one... If its a mod, I haven't installed... Its just there, I wish I had noclip...

it's a ship part thats fallen through the mountain and landed on the water sphere. Kerbal is actually 2 planets layered on each other 1 is all the ground the other all the water

You may check it with a submarine

Things that sink:

- all MK3 tanks (when full)

- all Kerbodyne tanks (when full)

- MK3 to 2.5m adapters (poorly, quite buoyant)

- Twin Boar (total anchor when full!)

If you want to float back up, burn most of the fuel - all of them float when empty.

It aint debris, the last debris from the ship that fell into Kerbin, blew up even before reaching the ground... I guess that will remain as a mistery...

If it's the object top left, it looks like a mk2 Lander Can with a heatshield both on the top and bottom.

Looks like a Rock. I tried to zoom in. And It looks kinda light brownish. It must be a rock. If you don't have terrain scatter on then I have no idea. Thats my wacky-maybe-true theory.

It's in the water. There is a huge expanse of water and roughly in the middle of it (vertically. It's about 2/3 of the way across left->right), a 5-10 pixel wide... something. I'm guessing it's a boulder.

Turning ground scatter off does not eliminate all ground scatter, just most of it. That's my guess. And until we get an exact lat/long to look ourselves, that's the best I can do.
