My rocket just Stops responding.

Recommended Posts

Ok, so i've had this weird thing were, my rocket just stops. I press a, it doesnt move. I can't throttle up or down, I can't activate a stage or anything.

What is this? This seems to happen after I do a timewarp in map view. I've got stockalike station parts installed, and thats it.

I really can't give much info about this, i'm sorry. Does anyone know why this is happening? Please help if you can, this also allows me not able to reload my quicksave eather.

(FIXED)

Hi Dcseal, my first thought is you are running out of electric charge, so check your resources in the top right of the screen, and make sure you have batteries and solar panels to recharge them.

But if you can't reload maybe it's something else, remember to hold down the F9 key to reload though.

If this keeps happening please put the content of your KSP.log on pastebin for us.

I don't mean to be rude but *SIGGHHHHHH*

I'm talking like nothing works. I can't move my ship whatsoever. I throttle up with fuel and it doesn't work. I can't turn on SAS or RCS. Nothing works accept the camrea. It's not that.

That's why I asked for the logs, because this isn't normal and it's unlikely to be a quick fix, so please upload your KSP.log to pastebin so I can see what's going on :)

Ok, Update. Two updates, actually

1. I have no idea how to upload my ksp log.

2. It seems to happen in space when I timewarp or regular warp while in space.

Okay.

First, reproduce the issue then exit KSP.

Open the Console, on the left side of the window there is a menu that says 'files'. Scroll down the list and find the Unity drop down, under Unity there will be Player.log ( Files>~/Library/Logs>Unity>Player.log )

Open it, select all then copy.

Paste it to hastebin, click the save icon.

Post the new hastebin URL here.

This would be the OSX console, whatever you click on to open Finder.

The KSP.log isn't as useful, but it's easier to locate, as it is in the KSP game folder, but Player.log will show more info, and it is in the files library.

With the new mac update, the library is no longer a thing. it's somewere else now. they overhauled it.

New update!

I think it might be fixed! I'm not sure yet!
