Wilgela Kerman just loves flying this little ship.

Landing from orbit: Control-from-here on the OKTO2. Press T. Aim retrograde and fire the sepratron for a de-orbit burn. At 3km pop the 'chute. The 'foot' will absorb a fairly high landing speed.

Takeoff: Fire the decoupler to drop the foot and 'chute and head vertical to about 4km and then do a 60% turn to 55-60km. Should leave you about 500m/s dV.
