I cannot Install USI colonization systems. Help please.

So i tried to install usi kolonization systems and i put the usi kolonization systems folder in the game data folder. I launched the game, but the usi kolonization systems tab had no items in it and i could not see any content from usi kolonization systems. I looked for install tutorials, but i could not find any. I also could not find install instructions. Can someone please help me fix this?

IRRC you must unlock them in the techtree??? :rolleyes: Just a wild guess...

Download from Kerbalstuff looks sometimes safer than from other portals... CKAN has some issues too...
