This was the second attempt at this level of power, so far as I can tell the first attempt caused floating point errors which induced Kerbin to move rapidly through its own atmosphere causing it to be destroyed by shock heating. At lest thats what I took from a planet covered in shock effects followed by no planet followed by game crash.

I've been running a collection of mods for immersion/graphics, like Interstellar, PlanetShine etc. I've had a couple of bizarre things happening to Kerbin during my missions. One time I went to the map view and Kerbin looked like it was in an ice-age, the entire planet was shrouded in white, except for a 'hole' that was a huge silhouette of my craft. Then another time, I realised during ascent that there was a weird reflection of my craft showing up like a raster layer on Kerbin's atmosphere, this time not in map mode. Nothing game breaking (tho finding surface details thru that level of cloud would have been interesting), but very weird.

I have a lot of mods so my game bugs out sometimes

Sometimes a circle of shade about 100meters in diameter follows my ship around even when I am in sunlight

The best I've had so far is during a landing on the Mun with two tourists in tow. Jeb got out to grab a surface sample, fell off the ladder, and as he hit the surface the universe disappeared. After a reload, landed in roughly the same location and the whole ship was in shadow except at a few camera angles.

Well, I just had this triple fly-by of the Joolian Moons. In this picture you can see my probe just entered into Laythe's SOI, and it's gonna have a really nice flyby of Vall then Tylo. I wish I could say it was planned but it wasn't.
