Seriously, the dialogue is extremely annoying. Perhaps a checkbox at the bottom of the dialogue for "Do not show this again" would be prudent.

Wow, I'm far more annoyed by the "Time warp may hurt you!" and the "Here's how to use the VAB" prompts, and they actually DO only show up once per save.

I'm all for "never show this" checkboxes though, on all the things.
