Have something to ask about KSP interstellar mod

I have checked the KSPI forum page ,it says the Magnetic Nozzle has an ISP range 11000 - 1200000, when I send the spacescaft into vacuum I found that the nozzle only work in 1200000 ISP mode and cannot be change(with a ridiculous 0.3kN thrust force), nothing in the right-click menu.

How to do it

there's only one type of fuel is allowed (HYdrogen)

Then it is entirely possible that the 11000 figure is for atmospheric operation and the 1200000 is for vacuum operation. The main reason I brought up the type of fuel being used is because there is another engine that can use multiple types of fuel. To increase your thrust you probably need more power.

for atmospheric operation, the isp is zero

Hmm, that tells me that there is more than one fuel type available, even if it's not on your engine. I'm not familiar with it (been a while since I've played with KSPIE) but if you take a look at the right-click menu in the VAB it should tell you what fuels it can use and their respective ISP.
