Lucifer(From 2010: Oddyssey 2) - Mod Pack Request

It would be cool if someone could create a mod that turns Jool into a star, like in 2010: Odyssey 2, where the Firstborn imploded Jupiter, and turned it into Lucifer, a star. That allowed Europa to melt, so the Kerbal Equivalent would be boiling Laythe, and melting Vall and Tylo.

I think it's a really neat idea. I think the big challenge would be making it visible from a distance. Can you see the other planets across space, or do they have a visible range limit like spacecraft?

Oh, man. Yeah. You could use it for solar power in the outer solar system. Naturally, this would require a mod that adds a ton of weird .... into the biomes of one of the moons.

(Honestly, I think Laythe is designed with precisely this in mind, sans Lucifer.)

Sounds like a neat idea. Should be easy enough with Kopernicus. I think what I'd do is make Laythe's atmosphere akin to Eve's, give Vall oceans and an atmo with no oxygen, not sure about the others.
