Major issue with physics and stuff

My rockets have recently started rotating, in timewarp, mind you, and it's not pretty. I can't go anywhere, they decay my orbits. It hurts.

Then I noticed something else. I went on EVA, and it's all fine and dandy, (in orbit) then WOOSH OFF HE GOES in the opposite direction at 1km/s. It is driving me insane.

I think it's a mod I have? I can't be sure, but this is what I have:

That definitely sounds like bugs of some sort, and so your thread has been moved to Modded Support. Good luck with it.

Incidentally, I had a vaguely similar problem once, which seemed to be caused by using the claw part on my space station. Do you have claws on your craft?
