If this were to work, It'd need the SLS block 1b-II, a small 10MW nuclear reactor (So the spacecraft would be a bit bigger), and VASIMR thrusters.

Who knows, maybe the probe could even go on a trajectory that somehow makes it encounter Planet Nine. Maybe it could send back infrared images between the Quaoarian and Sednian flybys?

Nope. P9 is at the opposite side of the Sun from Sedna.

I think sending a probe to an undiscovered object located much further away is significantly harder. And I was referring to him necro'ing a 2 year old thread.
