What do I need on the tech tree to enable MechJeb Autopilot?

I just got Advanced Flight control and thought that was going to do it. But I'm not seeing it. Shouldn't the list of options unfold automatically or do I have to click something in the MechJeb basic menu?

In career mode, you have to unlock the mj features individually on the tech tree once you buy the first one i think it has ascent auto then you buy rendezvous then rover auto then etc... But buying just the case at first doesn’t give any features. So its not a glitch or anything.
