Sorry, but you're wrong. In True Q episode 6 season 6 there is a young girl, Amanda Rogers, who beliefs she's human but turns out to be Q.

Back to Pawel's original question. I am not sure it was Best of Both Worlds. It could very well have been Q Who, the episode where the Enterprise first meets the Borg.

Q wasn't as much of a jerk in Deja Q, but that was only because he needed Picard's help to get his powers back. Also he ate like ten chocolate sundaes.
