I would think your lungs should be able to absorb enough water vapor to keep you alive, if not healthy. Edit: If you're breathing enough water vapor, that is. And not drowning in it, either.

Fun Fact: Scientists were baffled because the giant redwoods on the California coast were so tall that capillary action shouldn't have been able to move water to the top. Then they discovered that the tops of the trees were absorbing water from the fog that frequently rolls in.
