Custom RCS Effects Now Possible Without Plugins?

Noticed in the latest RO release.

Any examples on how to use it? Very excited! :)


Update to KSP 1.0.5, no longer require ModuleRCSFX, BetterBuoyancy, or CrossFeedEnabler (all stock now).
