Can see the ouside of my Cockpit from the IVA help.

And i made sure it was aligned in Unity... (i rotated the exterior, i DID not export the exterior like that, dont worry i know ;) )

What's the rescale factor on the external model (I.E. in the part config)?

They are probably getting set in a different scale on game loading.

That's your problem, your external model is being scaled 125%, but your internal model is staying the same size.

Solution: Scale up IVA by 125%, or scale up external model 125%, then set rescaleFactor = 1.0

Just to make sure im doing it right: where do i add the "set rescaleFactor = 1.0"? :D

Simply add "rescaleFactor = 1" to your config, it is common to set that ahead of the node definitions. ;)

Odd titbit, I am convinced IVA kerbals are somewhat smaller than EVA kerbals by this scaling issue.

Can anyone confirm?
