Problem logging on

Since the migration of the forum (and removal of cookies) i've been unable to logon as TheCardinal on the forum. All my attempts to reset the password have failed. Although the forum displays the message that a mail has been sent, i never receive any message in my inbox. Neither do i receive notifications of new messages in threads i've been following. I've tried to reset the password several times, i've pm-ed KasperVld (as DDH), i've e-mailed support. All without any result or reply.

Since nothing seems to work, i'm posting this thread as a last resort.
