R&D Problem

So today I opened up KSP to my most recent save. I went into the R&D facility, and saw the screen was brand new, as if KSP got an update. I checked on steam to see if there were any recent updates, and I checked here on the forums, nothing. I recently had installed a mod that changes the R&D, but I deleted it because I didn't like it. I checked my Gamedata file, and nothing was there that involved the mod. I restarted the game, nothing changed. I then restarted Steam, nothing changed. What should I do?

The last update was to build 1028, you can check this in the buildID.txt.

What mod did you use?  It's likely to be the cause.

As you are on Steam try verifying your game cache, here is how to find it.

Also, moving to modded installs.
