Massive lag when pointing "staging line" in VAB

Hello everyone.
Need some help with this messy bug.
At first - KSP build build id = 01028
found this bug yesterday, after installed huge amount of mods.
Today i deleted all the mods via CKAN.
then deleted game via steam
deleted folder of the game in stamapps\common
dowloaded game via steam.
And the bug is still there.

What a bug? So, i'll lry to explain
when in VAB i create rocket. And after i created rocket i  manage some details to activate on different stages and\or create some noew tsges. Here comes the bug! When i point mouse cursor on right line of stages - FPS drops to ~0.1-1 but mouse cursor works fine, and when i point cursor on some other thing - FPS returns to normal state.

Hi @mwg_test, your graphics driver is old, please update it, you can find the latest driver for your graphics card here.

sorry, my bad. Uploaded wrong dxdiag(there is still gtx570, i sold 3 years ago.)

Are you getting the same issue with a new save ?

Yep. I deleted KSP folder, so only new game was availible =\ career|science\sandbox - in all regimes

Okay, it's hard to guess at what's going on, please start KSP and go to the VAB or SPH, load a craft and mouse over the stage list, exit KSP then upload the new output_log.txt here please.

ahh.
newer install and loading stock craft seems to be all right. with mods no problems in this case too. 
So can u pls close topic? 
p.s. sorry for making u troubles.
