Why is Kerbal Engineer Redux lacking so much Informations/Readouts ?

I play KSP since 0.14 ( i think ) and were since then always reading the forum, but today first time registered here hehe.

 

So my Question is, why is KER lacking so mich usable informations, which f.e mechjeb has.

Like:

Delta V expended
Actual Drag
Drag Loss
Gravity Loss
Clear DV Infos, Atmosphere near Orbital, without clicking.

Well the Reentry Heat infos from KER are really nice and like the HUD is sorted.

My Idea was to make a new Career on Hard and withou Mechjeb Autopilot, so deeinstalled Mechjeb and installed KER, but it looks like KER is lacking too much and i have to reeinstall Mechjeb only for Informations.

Is there a way to install only Mechjeb Info computer, without autopilot functions ?

 

And btw. am I the only one who thinks that at leat Delta V Expended and the Loss Infos are extremely helpy to make a better design of your vessels and make a better ascent ?

I mean if I need 3800DV to get into LKO and a have a Drag Loss from about 400DV i will know whats the problem instantly. Mechjeb gives me all the Informations, but KER is lacking and I dont get why.

Probably either because no one has asked for them to be added, or they are too strongly linked to the AP functions to be reliable

Because it makes it easier to read? Past the first ~1000 dV atmospheric is normally not useful information, so why display it constantly?

Delta-V expended, drag loss, and gravity loss require data logging, which KER doesn't do AFAIK. This is one of the reasons I prefer KER, it's much more lightweight than kitchen-sink-included MechJeb.

(I cant recall who, but) Someone recently posted this somewhere...
You can "blacklist" any/all MJ modules to not load in-game (So basically you can make your MJ install go from "espresso" to  "decaff" ... lol):

Also there is VOID, which IIRC, does do data logging...???
Its a lot lighter than KER on data fields and functions, though...

Or if Graphotron doesnt currently log all the flight data you need, go throw a post up on its thread asking for new fields...
