What's with the symmetry tool?

Just bought the game, love it so far, it\'s unmodded, version 0.15.2. When I click on the symmetry tool in the hanger, it only cycles between two settings. dual and no symmetry. How do you get it up to 3, 4, 8, etc, like in the videos?

You\'re in the spaceplane hangar, not the VAB. In the VAB the symmetry is the same as always. In the SPH, symmetry is done differently, as it is now horizontal symmetry instead of the circular symmetry of the VAB. The SPH spawns things on the new runway, not the launchpad.

By the way, it\'s possible to move a craft from VAB to the space plane hangar by moving or copying the .craft file from /KSP/Ships/VAB to /KSP/Ships/SPH.

So if you really, really, want something on your space plane to have radial symmetry, build that section in the HAB and then move the .craft file to SPH and finish the rest of it there.
