Realcurrency for RO (and stock, but that's more complicated)

The main thing I want to do, in RO, is to see how efficient, realistic, and budget-worthy my vehicles are, by comparing their capabilities/range to their costs. To do that, I need a mod that converts Kerbal currency into US Dollars.

I don't know if it can be very precise.I think real costs are more related to R&D, building facilities and production quantity (a rocket built in large numbers will cost far less than a single rocket or few like Saturn V or SLS). A useful mod can be a complete overhaul of the game economy introducing factories, parts manufacter and things like that but it would be a very difficult work.

Would be very difficult, but RO player really need that to see the quality of their craft.

Maybe it can be an extension of KCT that already use some of these concepts

No! I'm not talking about production. I'm talking about real-life currency in KSP.

Okay, let's do the math for stock. 

Xenon is $120 for 100g, or .1 kg. In KSP, Xenon is 40 funds per kg, or 4 funds for 100g. 120/4=30, so each fund is $30, in stock at least.

RP-0 uses 1 fund = 1000 USD in 1965 dollars (with prirces from any other year inflation-adjusted). The pricing information is as accurate as the sources we have, but we're always looking for people willing to do more research.

So...I guess the answer to the question in the OP is..."that's what RP-0 does".
