What are the arguments to the Orbit constructor?

Orbit(double inc, double e, double sma, double lan, double w, double mEp, double t, CelestialBody body)

Is "inc" inclination?  Radians?  What is zero, around the equator heading east?  What way is positive and what negative?

Is "e" eccentricity?

Is "sma" semi-major axis, i.e. half the distance between apoasis and periapsis?

"lan," "w," "mEp," and "t" have me stumped.  One has to describe the current point in the orbit somehow.  Don't know about the others.

"body" is pretty straight forward.

lan is probably Longitude of Ascending node

I'm guessing mEp is Epoch, w omega and t time.
