Missing parts after mod update - how to find conflicting mod

After updating several mods through CKAN, i am now missing several parts from the RLA Stockalike mod in the VAB (those beautiful micro RCS thrusters). These parts are however still working on active vessels. If i want to launch a saved vessel containing these parts the game indicates the parts are experimental. I checked the science building and they are unlocked.

Can somebody give some hints on how to hunt for the conflicting mod? I'm not sure where to start looking.
