Nuclear Powered jet engines

I would like to know if anyone would like to make a mod adding in a nuclear powered jet engine, it looks like this:

I will explain how this works here in a few sections:

Reactor:

The reactor will come in three sizes, the small, medium, and large.

Those reactors are sized 0.625m, 1.250m and 2m.

Cooling System:

They all produce a large amount of heat, so a cooling unit of the same sizes should be able to be attached to the front, that is the circular tune on the front of the reactor in the picture

Engines:

The jet engines in-game are the ones that will be used, however, they need to be attached to a special fuselage structure that comes in the sizes 0.625, 1.250 and 2m, that structure will need to be connected to the reactor's cooling system via a special vent that works just like a external fuel line, when the jet engines are attached to those fuselage pieces, they then work using the heat of the reactor, and not liquid fuel.

Fuel:

You can bring onboard uranium and control rods, the control rods break down over time, so you need to bring a little extra, with the uranium rods, and the throttle opens or closes the control rods. The lower the throttle, the higher the control rods go in the reactor, and the less heat they produce, reducing the thrust, when the throttle hits zero, the reactor shuts off, and it cannot be started again until it cools down all the way. When it is past 75% throttle, it will very slowly overheat, and melt down, or simply cause the reactor to stop working, and the nuclear reaction will cause it to melt, and explode.

Protection:

the reactor and cooling system need to weigh at least 10 tons each, because they are surrounded by solid lead to prevent radiation from escaping.

I hope this isn't too complicated of a request, but it would be really cool to see, and it isn't made up either, the idea came from the X-6 research craft, which would use a nuclear reactor to fly.

It was only cancelled due to the probability of the aircraft being shot down, and causing nuclear waste to fall over cities, killing people, but it works in theory, math, and practice if they ever decided to do it.

HEY, IF IT WORKS IN REAL LIFE, WHY NOT IN KSP?

And yes, I know there are mods with nuclear turbojets, but they are never realistic about the throttling with control rods, or with the jet propulsion part of it, the reactor simply superheats the air in place of fuel, making it run for years on end without having to do anything but have a couple storage area's with 100 control rods or so (1 control rod every week for a reactor of the biggest size 2m)

I will make some simple drawings to make out the various parts and what they should look like in-game.

NUCLEAR ENGINES INCORPORATED, is the name, and the short version will be called "NEIN" :D

I addressed the fact that this is overpowered, and unlike any real life engine, it is not physically possible in the next 30 years to make such a small, and lightweight engine that runs on a nuclear reactor, and even so, the amount of lead needed to protect the people flying it would make it weigh much more than it does.

My mod is supposed to introduce the full reactor, and engine idea, one reactor, as many engines as the reactor will allow, this will be an endgame technology, and it will be useful for retrieving capsules that just got back to Kerbin from re-entry, or putting satellites into orbit cheaply, and safely. It can also be used to put spaceplanes into orbit without the need of a large fuel tank like the shuttle.

Sorry if I sound rude, but I addressed that this is a different kind of thing entirely, and I believe it would be just as popular as pork's mod for nuclear stuff. Perhaps I could contact him and have him incorporate the design into his mod?
