Too heavy - bring more kerbal?

Hi all,

trying to attach a big heat shield from out of the ILC-18k Container while in Orbit, it keeps telling me (when I press on "G" with the crowbar in the kerbal's hands)

"Too heavy (Bring more kerbal [2.8 > 2)"

What does that mean - more kerbals? Like there need to be more astronauts floating around it? How can you control 2 or more astronauts to move that thing?

Ok, just fixed this myself. You need 3 engineers in space floating around it...

Just a side note, in case anyone's confused by this discussion:  he's talking about using the Kerbal Inventory System mod, which allows engineer kerbals with tools to mount/dismount parts in flight.

Also, the other kerbals don't need to be engineers, they can be any profession.

The idea is that they are 'lackeys' that just help to hold heavy stuff, they don't need to know how to use a spanner.

Just what I was looking for and about to Google.  Now I have a job for my pilots!
