RSS/ROH Gravity turn

Hey,

How should optimal gravity turn look like? I mean when to start pitch and how much? I have my vessel at the edge of launch pad capabilities (mass 140 tons) and I count every m/s so I want to avoid pointless "pumping-up" my apogee (going to steep) or fighting through the atmosphere (going to flat).
I saw some profiles on the internet but those are lacking precise values.My second stage burn is around 5 minutes.

Since RO uses FAR, most "real" aerodynamics apply quite well.

Any graph for AoA in time or altitude, and altitude=f(downrange)?

You have a serious install issue if your launchpad limit is 140 tonnes. RP-0 limits are 40 tonnes, 800 tonnes, and unlimited.

Or are you trying to play career without RP-0? That is not going to work and is very, very much unsupported.
