Today I was thinking what would kerbals speak and I know a few words:

Hello: Jönğş (Joa-ngv-sz)
Bye: Çonü (Son-au)
Yes: Ontåv (On-toav)
No: Fontç (Fonts)

Keep coming to learn more kerblish.

As best as Earthly linguists can determine, modern Kerbish sounds exactly like recordings of Mexican-flavored Spanish played in reverse.  This is, however, no real guide to what those sounds actually mean to Kerbals, nor does it take into account the evolution of the Kerbish language over time, and the inclusion of archaic forms in modern Kerbish.

For example, Kerbals tend to write all important things (such as rocket design parameters) in a dead language (Old Kerbish) out of sense of tradition, even though no Kerbal today can claim fluency in said dead language.  This mirrors the human habit of using Latin (in its debased legal and ecclesiastical forms) for similar purposes.  Because no Kerbal today is required to learn Old Kerbish in school but all those going into technical fields must at least slap some stock phrases of it together when writing official documents, misunderstandings and misinterpretations are common.,  This does much to explain the frequency of Kerbal rocket disasters.

AKA But I think that I talk to feel happy sufficiente. I can speak more Spanish so most of the gringos For all of you lazy people.

No, it says, I think i speak enough to feel happy. I can speak more Spanish than most of the other non-natives.

Because the "-ish" suffix can also mean "similar to", so using that one provides a bit of a pun :)  But really, it's my understanding that Kerbanese, Kerbalian, Kerbche, Kerbaiçe, Kerban, and even Kerbish itself are all regional languages from various parts of the planet, but through various accidents of history the Kerbals are currently using Kerbish as their "universal language".

I just got a mental image of alien visitors labeling our languages that way. Earthish, Earthese, Earthian, ...
