A hotkey for moving items/groups up and down the staging list

Title says it all, I`m suggesting a hotkey for up and a hotkey for down to move items up and down the staging list, both in flight and in the VAB or SPH.

How would it know what to move up and down the staging list?  Just curious.

The same way it knows now, you`d click on it or additionally there could be a way of moving up and down the list using hotkeys highlighting a part as you go to avoid the mouse altogether, If I try the current method on my laptop the game nearly freezes and trying to slowly click drag a part up the list giving the poor thing time to animate everything it occurred to me that a hotkey would be better for low powered machines. You could select a part then move it up four stages and the animation would catch up eventually...

I don't see much utility in a totally mouseless function, but if I could hover over a part on the ship and use... whatever 2 keys to move them up and down in staging, that would be great
