Docking ports aren't physical?

So im trying to dock a attachment to my station and whenever i try to dock the docking ports just go through each other.

Here is an example and my mods.

And yes my computer can handle the massive amount of mods

Never seen that before. Did you try quickloading/reloading the game? Does it still happen afterwards?

Yep reloaded and restarted my game and happens on all saves

Yep reloaded and restarted my game and happens on all saves. Even validated my files through steam and still nothing

I'd say remove half the mods, and see if it still happens. If not, it's one of the other half. If so, it's one of the half you kept.

Repeat until you've narrowed it down to 1 mod. Then report to that modder with a log file etc.
