KSP Won't update and will crash upon starting

Hello, 

I have two problems, first KSP will not update, and second KSP 32 bit will not run.

1. KSP will not update.  Every time I run the launcher I get up to 93% and then this happens.  It downloads a zipped version of the Launcher.win folder too.

2. The second problem is that when I try to start up KSP 32 bit version, the screen just turns black with a pink bar at the bottom.  64 bit, however, will run smoothly up until it hits its max memory usage, about halfway through loading the mods (which is why I don't use it).

If anyone has any idea of how to help short of redownloading it (then I lose all of my progress), please help me!
