Space"plane" request

Hello there.

I'm not that good in Ksp in term of building stuff,but once something is built i know how to lead it somewhere,anyway,I would like to request a plane for some of you Ksp-wizard!Building (not to scale) an Arkbird like plane,if possible,SSTO just like in the game(see on google-image for more detail of the craft) 
(edit):he's not supposed to land or take off in the game(ace combat 5)he's more of a flying space station that can go from atmo to space and vice-versa

Yaknow, I swear I've seen a model someone built of this, way back when. It was back in the old forum, so it might be lost to the ages, but I'm pretty sure it exists.

I did a little digging, and I found some things that might interest you.  Firstly, this thread is probably the one I remembered seeing. It's a couple years old at this point, so I don't know how helpful you'll find it, but it's interesting to see.

Also, I found this imgur album. Sadly I couldn't find the builder as well. Wish I could give them due credit.

I've been working on something like this. A trial concept craft exists but not to my standards. I'll see if I can polish the design and maybe I'll even remember to post it.

With B9 Aerospace Procedural wings you could store a fair amount of fuel and actually make that into a useful long range SSTO

B9 doesn't seem stable i keep having issue,maybe too much mod on my part or just the 64bit support not holding it but it did looked like something great,thanks again !
