Stutter in editor,flight etc

Hey all as I know I have read this is a common problem and its due to Unity (garbage collection)?.

Is there any tips on reduceing this.

I have a fair few mods running and get stutter now and then maybe about 10 seconds when in flight etc.

 

I have wathced a ton of youtube vids and some people are running over 100 mods and the stutter is not even noticable how are they doing that?.

 

My specs are

i5 760 quad core running at 3.4GHZ

16GB ram

AMD 280x Vapour X 3GB

Samsung SSD

 

Any tips would be awesome.
