Rover spinning

Any time I build a rover in KSP, (As of 1.1), it just starts spinning when I do W A S D. What is causing this?

When you place the rover on the runway, which direction are the wheels pointing? Along the runway? Or sideways? If it's sideways, you need to rebuild your rover so the wheels point the other way.

Probably your probe core or command pod is facing up, not forwards. Does your NavBall show the horizon, or is all blue or brown?

Easiest solution if this is the case and you can't easily rotate the controlling pod/core is to add a docking port Jr to the front, then "control from here".

Also make sure anything with a reaction wheel (most probe cores, all SAS, etc) is set to "SAS Only" mode, otherwise when you press W, it's just going to flip forwards.

Also, if necessary (depending on what parts you're using), disable torque.
