If you mean F1 as in an STS engine, 71000/3=about 23000 HP

If you mean F1 as in the car, that's tougher...     the fuel injector on a typical internal combustion engine requires about 1 litre to create 1HP for 1 hour... a typical F1 uses 75L/100km and goes about 250km/h, so... 200HP?
