Extracting Specific Parts from a Mod

Hi not used B9 but the principle should apply to most  mods out there, create new folder copy the relevant .mu .cfg and textures into new file, check cfg for any path issues, if they have use the MODEL{} node you will need to point that to your new folder etc. Change the part name to something unique and you should be good to go.  Note things become more complex if the files are split up over folder but the basic rules are the same.

Also some parts share textures between each other and to see what textures belong to that part you can open the .mu file via a notepad and scroll down to see the text which indicates the names of the required textures.
