Parts appearing in wrong place on tech tree & not available for construction

I have an odd issue with inconsistencies between tech tree & what's available to build

For example, the Delta Wing appears for me in both "Aerodynamics" and "Advanced Aerodynamics" (see screenshots). I have Aerodynamics unlocked but do not have Advanced Aerodynamics unlocked. In the VAB / SPH it's not available to use.

According to the wiki it should appear in Aerodynamics.

 

In other instances, e.g. "Structural Wing Type A" it appears only once in the tech tree (in the right place) but is not available in the VAB / SPH.

 

I'm not sure how I begin to start tracing the cause & fixing this, so would appreciate any suggestions. I recently tried out Community Tech Tree (and uninstalled it) so maybe that?

That is very weird, I would try starting a new game and see if removing CTT broke the tech tree in that save.

In a new career Delta Wing is now in 'Advanced Aerodynamics'.
Which is where it should be, according to this wiki page

As for Structural Wing Type A, that should be in High Altitiude Flight according to the link above.

So I'm guessing there's errors in the wiki pages for Delta Wing and Wing A

As for why Delta Wing is appearing for me in two nodes, I do not know. But at least that's cleared up some confusion...
