You are actually using a deprecated version (1.1.0) rather than the current version (1.1.2) which contains numerous bug fixes, especially for gears :). You may wish to update.

1.1.3 is not publicly available yet.

I am almost 100% positive that 1.1.3 experimentals are not public.

I would say you're probably violating some prerelease NDA but the version number in your video thumbnail is very clearly "1.1.0.1128" which not only isn't 1.1.3, it isn't even the latest actual release.

OOPPS!!!
Now i realize what happened:
Alshain was right: The pre-release tag

When the pre-release was.. released, i turned on the pre release tag, but deactivated after the release was... well.... released ^^.

When the game was updated to 1.1.2, i stopped playing kerbal, waiting for the next patch (lot of bugs, 1.1.2 is unplayable!) .

Now i realized what happened: My computer has 3 harddrives: 1 for linux, 1 for windows, and another for backup:
My linux harddisk (with Kerbal, and all my work :( ) crashed some days ago - all data lost -  I replaced the faulty drive with a new one, reinstalled linux and restored my /home partition from the backup, restored my work from the git repository in the backup drive,

This morning I read the announcement of patch 1.1.3, and when I got home , I opened the steam to play Prison Architect, when "Downloading  Kerbal" appeared,  I thought it was updated to 1.1.3 ...:( .

The /home backup was very old (the important data was in the git partition), that must be the cause for the update.

Tomorrow i will reinstall all my system from scratch, and will reinstall kerbal when the 1.1.3 is released. I simply love this game, 1195 game hours counted on steam.  I purchased the game on Steam when 0.25 was released.

I edited the title a bit, to help reduce confusion for folks.

I'm glad you sorted out the issue. Experimentals are tested by a pool of individuals and isn't released publicly. However, it is typically the last step prior to release, so hopefully the wait won't be too long. :)

Cheers,
~Claw
