Landing struts for the XL rocket parts

There are Landing-struts for the tiny, small and medium(rokomax) rockets...
bot not for the Big rockets

yes there is a option with the "tweakable skales" mod, but that is not stock :/

Agreed that bigger/stronger legs are needed.  Not just for the XL parts; what if you happen to have a very big/heavy craft made out of the 2.5m parts or whatever?  Spaceplanes have gotten a lot of love with a variety of extra-jumbo-size landing gear; what about some love for those of us who like flying actual rockets?

Various mods have some nice large landing legs in them-- check out SpaceY and Karbonite.

Yes.

You are right.

But the xl landing struts are "logicaly" missing.

Ther are  tyny, smal and Medium.  But the "slot" for the big are empty...

I would love some landing legs which I can put under a stage instead of radial. Like chair legs.
And yes, some bigger legs would be nice.

Yes, stronger landing legs, and landing legs that I can adjust their deployment range like the cargobay ramp  (would be great for aligning stuff for surface bases)

If you need large landing legs, get SpaceY heavy lifters and SpaceY expanded.

And "No Stock" means:
I cant update the game, until the mod autors update their mods.
and so on.

Yes and landing legs in general need some love.  Maybe for 1.2 when they go to an updated Unity.  I've gotten in the habit of not using them very much--in a way coming up with various alternatives is fun too, but they are convenient and look better.  At least I can bump into them now (though I've become so paranoid about that I haven't actually tied it yet though it was amusing the first time or two).

my latest mining rig lands squarely on an mk3 liquid fuel container, which has 45m/s impact tolerance :S

This would also protect them against heating on re-entry.
