Do you have any "moral' rules?

I can never permakill any Kerbals. Killing and reverting is fine, but never permakill. Sadly, I was testing a 13 Kerbal ship that I had on the launch pad, then had to leave to eat, then went back and launched. The launch failed. 12 Kerbals lost ,and because I had to revisit the shuttle, no revert.  RIP Space Taxi 1 crew.

I try not to ever kill anyone, dead is dead. I only revert for kraken stuff, or those times when I hit "launch" from the VAB, then realize that I forgot something, didn't check that the right crew was aboard, etc.

I use LS, and I never put crew on a station or base without a local transport home available for all of them. For long missions like Duna, etc (usually I'm playing k64, so Duna is far with LS) I send supplies ahead, just in case, etc.

Last rocket I've launched is a manned Duna orbiter equipped with a small lander for Duna and Ike. The lander was unmanned, until one of my crew was caught stealing some rations from the ship's hydroponics bay. So, we sent him to sit on Ike for a few weeks and reflect on what he had done.
