KSP 1.1.3 x64 Crashing CONSTANTLY in VAB/SPH

Vanilla install, tried fresh install... KSP Crashes in VAB on part deletion, whether with delete key or placing part in UI part space. Can't figure out what exactly is causing it, I've tried deleting a bunch of parts, deleting specific parts and deleting parts in janky ways and I can't get a consistent crash. PLEASE fix this squad, I love KSP and this is really frustrating! Has anyone else had problems with crashing in VAB/SPH?

(PS I've been looking around online and this was apparently a problem in 1.1 x32 as well)
