Slingshot windows

I'm working on planning some multiplanet missions using TOT and I was wondering if there are any information about common windows.  Like window open date and planet order? Eg. the optimal kerbin-eve-duna mission would be around year 10, but it's doable midway through year 2 with only 300m/s more dV

There are mobile phone application(s), too, but I'd like to see this becoming stock game mechanics in some way.

Those are both for single planet calculations, while they can be used with multiple planet missions, they are not well suited for determining if there is a flyby sequence that is coming up soon.  Trajectory optimization tool helps with this much more but playing around with it can be time consuming.  Been working on my Kerbin-Eve-Duna optimizations for about 6 hours now.

You know, supercomputers do such tasks.

That's why I have one of my enterprise servers running TOT.  Maybe I should start something like this.  Just dates and planet orders while leaving the actual calculations to person flying.

Supercomputers did such tasks back in the 60's.

Those supercomputers had about the computational power as your average microwave oven today.

A 10 tear old average business laptop has 100x the computational power of the supercomputers of the 60's.

True the main issue is software.
Making an application who link multiple porkshops should be possible, yes you do flyby but you still want the target to be pretty cheap to reach then you do your slingshot.
In game you could put an probe with mechjeb around each body, this would let you know the times its possible.
Now set up an Eve flyby, create an node in Eve SOI and you should be able to use porkshop on your trajectory towards next target while twerking the flyby.

Ask @Arrowstarhis KSP Trajectory Tool is quite good.

You might check out this post from Stochasty about gravity assists.  It is time consuming but the trick is to work backward from your final target.

There is also the Flyby Finder mod which says that it "can search for paths with up to 5 planets, but it cannot do double flybys of the same planet or flybys requiring deep space maneuvers."

I for one would love to find a mod that does this - ideally one that, like TWP and MJ, would inspect the planets as they are in-game, rather than rely on pre-computed tables for pure stock :)

Not exclusively after gravity assists, though they are nice when they come. This tool is excellent.  Much faster than plodding around in TOT to find initial flight plans.  When you try to constrain it it comes up with some pretty crazy flight plans.
