need help remembering a mod i used [Solved]

Hello everyone, i just poped in to ask any of you what mod im thinking of.

in the VAB you grab this certain tank and resize it in any shape even cone. also you had the choice of making the tank diferant colours including stainless steel (my favourite).

please if you can help, would be much appreaciated.

Sounds like you may be thinking of Procedural Parts but I don't use it, so am not sure. I bet whatever mod it is has "Procedural" in the name.
