Took the money, got the email but no link to download.birthday present for my son

I purchased Kerbals yesterday.  I saw the Paypal transaction go through immediately and the confirmation email arrived in seconds.

The product does not show up for download when I log into my account and look under Products Purchased.  No products show up there.

I have sent a couple of emails hoping for a quick resolution.  Today is my son's birthday and Kerbals is all he asked for.  We were going to play together and eat pizza for his choice of activities for this evening.  

I'd rather not have to tell him that your system took the money and failed to send out a download link so no games.

Please fix asap.
