Rocket Stuck On Launchpad (level 3) is back

Yes I'm using launch clamps. I've tried just about everything. Any suggestions?

If you're enough of a regular to know to give me that spiel then you must be enough of a regular to know that this glitch is not going to be fixed even if I gave him all my information down to memory timings. There's a reason I didn't waste my time doing so; the glitch has been in the game for literally years. 

 

If anybody has a workaround that's what I'm after.

You should consider following the suggestions in the how to get support thread.

you dont need that many clamps. Remove the ones at the top and try it. If the rocket falls apart on the launch pad without launch clamps it will fall apart during ascent.

Are you sure your rocket is stuck? From the picture, it looks like your rocket does not have a sufficient TWR as your Kerbals experience less than a 1G. However, I have neither seen, nor experience that bug before, so if what I'm saying here is completely irrelevant, please disregard this post.
